Aaradhy Jani

I'm building Saras Che Snacks, taking a centuries-old Gujarati flatbread into modern retail. I write about what I learn doing it.
I'm from Palanpur, in North Gujarat, born into a family of doctors and teachers. I was headed for medicine myself before I admitted I'd rather build something than practise it, and left to start a company. I run Saras Che day to day while studying at Mesa School of Business. The name comes from the Gujarati સરસ છે — "it is good" — which is the only standard I'm interested in meeting.
