Aaradhy Jani

Through Saras Che Snacks, I’m reimagining 600-year-old Indian flatbreads for the modern pantry. As Co-founder and COO, I run operations, supply chain, and distribution. The legal entity is Flintforge Foods Pvt Ltd.

My formal education happens at Mesa, itself a first-principles startup reimagining undergraduate business education. My real education happens through building, investing, and reading. I prefer learning with skin in the game.

Mental Models

My thinking is shaped by a small set of operators I return to often: on leverage and specific knowledge, on contrarian truth and monopoly, on asymmetry and antifragility, on machines and radical honesty. I’m less interested in what they concluded than in how they reason.

Naval on leverage

Trade time for ownership, not hours. Code, capital, content. Permissionless leverage that compounds while you sleep.

Thiel on monopoly

Avoid competition. The best businesses are the ones nobody else can build. Find the truth nobody is looking for.

Taleb on asymmetry

Survive first. Bet on the tail, not the body of the distribution. Trust the people exposed to their own forecasts.

Dalio on machines

Every outcome is the output of a system. Reality over ego. Study the machine that produced the result, not the result itself.

I invest quietly. Long-term compounding, not speculation. I’m interested in how systems actually produce their outputs, not in the narratives wrapped around them.
