PropertyOS
Built for the KEN Case Competition 2025, a national brief to use AI to disrupt CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate firm. The product itself was conceived after a direct conversation with Deepak Dewani, CBRE’s Chief Strategy Officer, who leads AI and data strategy at the firm. That conversation shaped PropertyOS into an AI-native platform targeting CBRE’s highest-margin advisory services: market research, lease advisory, and competitive intelligence. The wedge: CBRE’s scale is its moat and its inertia.
